Description

The JAI Sweep SW-2005TL-CXP is a compact and reliable CMOS trilinear color line scan camera with 2K resolution (3 x 2048 pixels in RGB lines). The camera features 7 μm x 7 μm pixels and a CoaXPress 2.0 interface operating at CXP-6 speed. With a maximum scan rate of 44 kHz, the camera can deliver a data throughput of up to 6.25 Gbps. It is ideal for applications like wood and print inspection, as well as other flexible web or rigid inspection applications. Additionally, it is well-suited for logistical tasks such as postal or barcode scanning.

With a compact size of 44mm x 44mm x 54mm, the camera is designed to fit into tight spaces and be easily integrated into existing setups without requiring significant modifications. Its C-mount lens compatibility offers a wide range of lens options for various applications.

The SW-2005TL-CXP supports direct encoder connection with the Trigger Delay function, simplifying setup and enabling automatic scan direction detection. It is ideal for applications with sliding or moving slide tables, and encoder signals can be daisy-chained between cameras for seamless multi-camera integration.

Leveraging the CoaXPress 2.0 standard, the camera supports high-speed data transfer at CXP-6 speeds, ensuring efficient handling of large amounts of data. This is particularly beneficial for high-speed production lines and applications requiring real-time processing.
