SW-4005M-CXP

The JAI Sweep SW-4005M-CXP is a compact and reliable CMOS monochrome line scan camera with 4K resolution. The camera features 3.5 μm x 3.5 μm pixels and a CoaXPress 2.0 interface operating at CXP-6 speed. With a maximum scan rate of 84 kHz, the camera can deliver a data throughput of up to 6.25 Gbps. It is ideal for applications such as battery inspection, food and grain sorting, logistics and postal sorting, recycling and waste sorting, or any type of flexible or rigid inspection.

The SW-4005M-CXP is a 4k resolution (2 x 4096 pixels) with a compact sensor format supporting C-Mount lenses ensuring that selecting an appropriate lens is straightforward, eliminating any compatibility concerns during system setup.

With a compact size of 44mm x 44mm x 54mm, the camera is designed to fit into tight spaces and be easily integrated into existing setups without requiring significant modifications. Its C-mount lens compatibility offers a wide range of lens options for various applications.

Leveraging the CoaXPress 2.0 standard, the camera supports high-speed data transfer at CXP-6 speeds, ensuring efficient handling of large amounts of data. This is particularly beneficial for high-speed production lines and applications requiring low latency and precise timing.
